Converting .ISO to .ROM

I want to play a Final Fantasy XIII-2 on an emulater but it wont take .ISO files. Im not really good at computers but i think, its not working because I need a .ROM type game. If thats what i need to do can someone tell me how to do it? Or if you know a nother solution please tell me! BTW i already burned the .ISO file on to a blank CD. I also have a PS3 emulater.

The only functional PS3 emulator is on the PS3 itself, and that one is used primarily for piracy.
