HAF-X - stands out among the other HAF's but I still find the tool less features a bit flimsy and difficult to work with.
As for coolers.....
Hyper 212 for budgets < $1200
Hyper 612 PWM or Scythe Mugen 3 for $1200 - $1500 budgets
Phanteks or Silver Arrow for > $1500 budgets

I love the HAF series but for the money Antec is better
