Just get a Hyper 212 Evo if you can, it has a good price and you can even overclock using it.
If the CPU is not overclocked, then the stock cooler should work even under full load (Gaming, compressing, rendering etc...). But if your room is too hot (30C degrees or up) then I recommend you to get an aftermarket cooler.
 


That's a good point... I don't have air conditioning in the room the computer is in, just a big floor fan... aftermarket cooling it is. LOL
 


When I said hot room, I meant that if you were living in Africa, South America or hot regions with high humidity 😛

Intel CPUs can handle high temperatures in comparison with AMD CPUs.
 


welp... in the summer we routinely hit 30C, and with the humidex close to 40C. X-(
