I have a Phenom II 955 X4 OC'ed to 3.6 Ghz with stock cooler in Antec P193 case. It idles at 36-38 C, gets up to 45-50-ish at full load.

I'm in the market for an new Heatsink for my processor so I can push the OC higher and keep temperatures (and noise) down. My reqs:
Height can't be over 140 mm (P193 req.)
Width: Could sacrifice 1 RAM slot adjacent to the CPU if necessary (M4A79T Deluxe Mobo)
Weight: Not too heavy to risk damage on a vertical (tower) mobo
Air Flow: Whatever gets the job done
Noise Level: Quiet! 15-25 dBa i guess.

Any ideas for a good socket AM3 cooler to meet those requirements? There's a lot out there and I'm not sure where to begin.
I've though about these two, but they might block more than a few RAM slots (not sure). I'd like to buy it from Newegg or Tiger Direct. I don't have any brand preference, just want a good cooler.

Doesn't have to be huge or super-powerful or anything, just something for a moderate OC (4 GHz) at safe temps. Case has pretty cooling already, and I'm adding some intake fans at the front too (120 mm).

Suggestions welcome. Thanks a lot guys!

try the core contact freezer, i use it myself, it cooled 20C lowered than stock cooler

the arctic cooling freezer you mentioned is cheap, but does not perform as good as CCF, its only 25 dollars after MIR on newegg.

Too big for my case. Height for the CCF is 155mm, maximum for the P193 is 140mm. Like I said, it doesn't need to be the biggest/best, just an efficient, quiet cooler that fits. Thanks anyhow.
Any others?
