Coolant Vs. Water

I want to do my first water cooling build. Should I use an anti corrosive and kill coil with distilled water or get a premixed fluid. If premixed fluid, can you link a good one that won't gunk up my system. And how big of an Issue is corrosion.
Water cooling kit: XSPC Raystorm EX 240
I am also planning to add another radiator and a gpu to my loop.
Any help would be appreciated.

premix will always require more maintenance for maybe 1c cooler temps, personally i'd get colored tubing, and adding more radiators is easy, but make sure you get a strong enough pump and compatible waterblock for your gpu

corrosion is pretty much a non issue as long as you have biocide and a killcoil
