I am in the process of building a new PC and I am going to be using an NZXT Guardian 921 RB and a corsair H60 for my CPU cooler, I just wanted to ask if my radiator will be able to fit in the top fan slot and not cover the back fan/ collide with the motherboard

Solution
Generally when a company like nzxt builds a case they tend to showcase compatibility with liquid cooling in specs/description and since they aren't doing that on the product page, I'd think it might not be compatible. Yet someone did use the 921 case with the back exhaust aio liquid cooled radiatior corsair h55:

so the answer is...not sure if it'll fit. Check if there is a size difference between h55 and h60 as according to this video, you know h55 works fine. Also, there seems to be a difference between the case 921 and the rb edition but I'm not sure if it's anything but cosmetic difference as generally same models are same sizes with just different colors or slightly different exterior...

Personally, if I'm getting a case and it doesn't specifically state in the description where the radiators can fit and what size they have to be, I'm not going to try liquid cooling.
