Question Cooler CPU ID-Cooling SE-214-XT Plus Only One Fan Working

I bought this cooler recently to pair with a ryzen 7 5700x3D and I did some hard gaming for two weeks and I just looked down at my case and noticed that a CPU fan is not spinning in 60% loading and I quickly took off the glass pannel and the other one was spinning. I tried to connect the fan that was not spinning directly into the CPU_FAN and it's not spinning. Now, I don't want to return the cooler because it will take too long. Do you think that if I will buy another 120mm fan to replace this one should be fine? Could this damage the whole cooler? Is it maybe something from my BIOS? This is how it's acting

From BIOS this is what I saw, I have CPU_FAN and thats the one working, and SYS_FAN1 that has 0 RPM, this means that the BIOS sees the second fan however it is not working, right?
