Question Cooler decisions

Im currently researching a new build.

Asus max hero XI
I7 9700k or the i9 9900k

I’m trying to decide on a cooler,

I like the kraken x62 but I read the reviews of failing pumps.

And the CORSAIR-H115i-PLATINUM I have been looking at too.

Anyone have any insight to help me make up my mind which? Or perhaps a different cooler, open to suggestions.

Most AIO coolers are actually made by only a few different manufacturers and then rebranded. So, that Corsair and NZXT pump and radiator are very possibly...........(wait for it)
