Question Cooler fans runner exteemely loud but cpu is idling at 50 degrees

I just installed my new cooler master AIO and i checked temps with HWmonitor and the CPU is idling at 50 degrees, the fans are louder than expected too and with my stock AMD cooler I would usually get around 30 degrees! Does anyone know any fixes for what might be causing this?

HWMonitor won't read AMD temps correctly.

Oh ok, whats a good app for monitoring temps? Also, is it normal for a first time usage of an aio to be hot or something because after that it cooled down a bit to about 35?

hw monitor reads amd just fine.what do your temps get to under load?

I tested it with prime 95 it got to 95 degrees in 10 minutes, stopped the pc, and I remembered I forgot to take off the plastic that goes over the copper part of the aio. I am so dumb

Also I just reapplied tp and took off the plastic cover thing and it's still quite hot, it is is bouncing from 35 to 50 degrees, shouldn't it be cooler than that?
