Cooler for and fx 8350

I have amd fx 8350 and I have the stock cooler , I get 30 c in normal desktop use , so any fx 8350 cooler for 60$ ?

Phanteks PH-TC14PE (http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-cpu-cooler-phtc14pebl), no doubt..this one can even handle the heat of 8350 at 5Ghz..

i just want very cool temps , and i may overclock it later to 4.7Ghz or more depending on the temperature

phantek cooler works on any cpu/motherboard ? i saw that it doen not fit in gigabyte motherboard and i have an gigabyte motherboard

I can take a picture of my case because i dont know which is , but i cant use Phanteks because i have na gigabyte motherboard and phanteks does not fit in it
