Question Cooler Install Question, 3 Pin connector, 4 pin MOBO

Hi all - I am installing a Corsair H100i Pro onto a z390-E Gaming Mobo and have a question about fan connection. The connector for teh cooler is 3 pin and the CPU Fan connection is 4 pin. Is there any particular placement (left/Right) that I need to take into consideration? Using the CPU_FAN pins where the GRND is on the far right.

The 4 pin connector on the motherboard should have a plastic tab on one side. You will find that your 3 pin fan connector has a matching slot. Line those up and you will be golden.
