[SOLVED] Cooler Master 600 Lite PSU whine

Brand new cm 600 master watt lite: http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/masterwatt-lite-series/masterwatt-lite-230v-600w/

It starts whinig out of the box
Specs:
8086K stock
Quadro k4000
Mini itx asrock z390 motherboard
8 gb g.skill agesis ddr4

And it also whines when the computer is powered off and only usb power is coming. The fan is also like a jet. Why? Is there any problem?

Send it back, that is NOT a good PSU at all.

Need to get a better quality unit.

ANY PSU with the word "Lite" in its name is questionable at best! What exactly is lite about it?
