Cooler master Devastator I or Devastator II?

I am going to buy a keyboard mouse combo. First I tell you I live in India and here devastator II is not launched. I have to import it through amazon. I want to know should I buy Devastator I or II.
Does taking Devastator II worth the money.

Devastator I : Rs. 2750
Devastator II : Rs. 3750

The second option looks like a better endeavor since it's recent and they are using their dubbed mem-chanical switches for their keyboard which is a hybrid design of a mechanical switches stem and the rubber domed sheet under that.
