Question Cooler master elite v3 600w PSU + Asus dual rtx 3070 GPU ?

Cooler master elite v3 600w + Asus dual rtx 3070 im using this combination with ryzen 5 3600
when i play league of legends my psu and gpu make no sound and my gpu its new so i wonder
is it safe to use my gpu with this psu or i should change psu ? as i said when i play lol everything is fine
but when i play rdr2 or bf5 my psu make some noises and my gpu a little bit too because my pc's panel is open i can hear it. these noises are like electrical noises small noises
let me know your oppinions guys.

note : gpu temps are normal like 60-65 max

Both your PSU and GPU likely have "0db mode", which just means the fans turn off when they're not working hard.
So, you're likely hearing the fans spin up. Additionally, you could be hearing electrical load side effects in the system which is annoying, but not detrimental.

The recommended PSU for your specific 3070 is 750W. While that 750W recommendation is likely excessive, If you can, I'd absolutely replace your PSU.
