i'm planning on building a gaming PC and here are the parts list that i came up with so far:

case: corsair carbide Series SPEC -3 Specs here
motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Specs here
RAMs:Kingston HYPERX Fury 2x8GB 1866mhz CL10
Storage: two 7200RPM HDD (unfortunately i cannot buy an SSD as i already have these two HDD Drives)
Processor :core i7 4790k Specs Here
processor cooler:CoolerMaster Sedion 120v Plus(might change for a water cooling dual fan)
GPU:GTX 980Ti eXtreme Waterforce Specs Here

so can this build work well with a CoolerMaster G-Series G700W 80 Plus bronze Specs Here
the GPU requires 2x8pins power connector + one (optional) 6 pin to draw more power for extra overclocking which i'm planning to use
also silence is a really good trait when it comes for PSU since i'm suffering everyday from my current noisy power supply , so is it quiet?

I'm Sorry if making this thread in Components section is wrong but i couldn't find any category for Power supplies :/

Solution
Cooler Master V750 Semi-Modular , very good choice , get this one , very high quality made by Enhance.

EVGA SuperNOVA NEX650G Gold PSU , get this if this other isn't available.

Avoid Corsair.

okay... well i have these other alternatives
1-CORSAIR CX750M 750w 80 PLUS Bronze Modular PSU
2-Cooler Master V750 Semi-Modular
3-EVGA SuperNOVA NEX650G Gold PSU
can you please tell me which of those are best and which are the worst because they may or may not be available when i go shopping
