Question Cooler Master H500M case front fan suddenly stopped working.

Hello. I've had this H500M for under a year and one of the 200MM ARGB fans in the front just stopped spinning. The Lights still work just fine but fan does not spin. Trying call Cooler Master now but can't get through to any of their departments. I'm assuming it's just a dead fan that needs to be RMA'd?

Had one other instance of this on the forum. They had to replace it. Same case.

Hey sorry forgot about this thread I finally got a hold of the one dude they have working in the tech support department. Tried plugging the fan in to other places and it didn't work so he sending me a replacement. Had to show them a picture of the power cord snipped as proof.
