I have a nzxt phantom 630 case since 2013 and I am thinking of buying a new cooler master h500m .
Is it okay to buy that one or keep my current case? Just looking for better airflow..

Please help...thanks

They have nearly identical fan location support, so unless there is some other feature of the H500m that strikes your fancy, I'd say your current case is just fine in that regard.

The only real difference that would affect airflow are the drive cages in the airpath of the 630, and those are probably removeable one way or another.

The phantom is a really decent airflow case to begin with, 200mm intake, 200+140mm exhaust. That's a ton of airflow in just the stock configuration, and that can be changed to 2x140mm intakes to increase that area. The drive bays are modular, easily removed and with SSDs, are unnecessary really since there's still the upper bays. Those older Phantoms were seriously good quality cases and unless you are just tired of the look, you'll not get much better
