Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler Compatibility with LGA 1150

Hello, my CM Hyper 212 Evo CPU cooler just arrived in the mail today, and I before I unboxed/returned the package, I wanted to resolve a slight ambiguity I have found. On the Newegg website (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099) and on the Actual box of the CPU coolers, it doesn't mention compatibility with LGA 1150, though it DOES say that it has "Universal Mounting" on the box. Now, both my friends and other threads on this forum tell me that the cooler will be compatible, but I wanted to be sure before I unboxed it.

Yes, it is compatible, because 1150 uses the same mounting holes as 1155. So any cooler that is compatible with 1155 is compatible with 1150.

Yes , the 1150 socket is supported by the EVO.
