The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is a great cooler, runs quiet, it's cheap and does it job. It is one of the most common coolers around gamers.

I have to agree with "cabudinen", unless you want to go with a much more expensive cooler, the 212 evo is hard to beat. It will get you a decent "OC", and runs quiet (for the most part).

212 evo all the way for a budget / OC friendly air cooler.
