Cooler master Hyper T4 PWM or Dc mode?

I have a Hyper T4 cooler that is extremely loud and currently I have it set to DC mode and it is very loud. Anyone have a fix for this and should I switch it to PWM?

DC mode I assume means you're not controlling fan speed, but instead just running it at max speed all the time... so of course it will be loud that way. Try a fan speed profile.
