Cooler Master Masterkeys Pro L LEDs Randomly Turning Off

Hello,

I recently purchased this keyboard from Amazon. It works great, I love it. But, they LEDs only stay on for like an hour. I have to consistently open the Coolermaster software and hit "apply" all the time for the lights to turn back on. Very annoying when I'm in a game. If you have any idea what could be causing this and what I can do to fix it, please let me know. Thank you!

My honest opinion is to open a ticket with Cooler Master. I did some searching and there is a range of problems with that keyboard, some had where it became unresponsive others were certain LEDs wouldn't turn off or would stay a certain color only.

I will contact them and see what they say. Didn't know there were so many problems with this particular board. The Amazon reviews seemed pretty positive. Anyways, thank you!
