Neither both are poor quality.

Look for a CX550 or CX650 \ Black and Grey Models.

M is the Semi Modular version , not all cables attached , Non M all cables attached. As long as it's a Black and Grey version they are decent. M released in 2015 non M released 2017.

The older CX series were 430W 500W , 600W etc. so don't worry about that. They had green on the label too. If there is green on a CX models label , don't buy them.

guys, is this psu good? model is Thermaltake Smart RGB 700W 80 Plus.

No it's not , nice RGB , but poor power supply.
