Anything running in your task manager or do you see any exclamation marks in device manager? When you launch a game having the issue you could also monitor within task manager to see if anything is running 100 percent. Anything recently installed that you know of in the last 10 days?

I will try to monitor, yesterday i Installed fresh new Windows

So i Tried what you said
FN running on full high settings in game fps over 300, and both monitors are working rn my Vram is locked at 2400mhz 75-80C which i consider high
GPU temp is around 60-70C
And Cpu 65-75C
And in task manager my memory is used like 60% max and CPU around 20%

Is it possible that is only one particular game that you're having the issue with? Does it have any kind of Anti-Cheat software that you know of? If you have any errors they might be logged in Event Viewer.

You can check for critical errors if you havent already at Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System (then filter by Level to show critical errors or by Date and time). Not sure if this is something hardware related or something else.
