Specs: GTX 1060 3gb, r5 1400, 2x4gb 2400mhz

ah. very interesting. I just dealt with helping out another user from Serbia with picking out a power supply using that site.

You say your budget is $700? as in approximately 71771 RSD?

That's a bit overkill of a budget just for a PSU. I'll assume your budget for a PSU is much less.

But here's the one you should get if you're on a budget. Honestly, I can't recommend anything else that's cheaper than this PSU on that site.
Everything else that's cheaper is bad and not a good thing to buy for your system.

However, if you're interested, here's all of the PSU's on that site I would recommend and nothing else.

as julienruc said, the CXM 550 is better than that cooler master.
Reason why shall be listed with reasons why the Cooler Master you were looking at is bad.

It is only 80+ rated. This is bare bones and very basic and not very reliable. An 80+ Bronze is better, and Gold is even better than that.
The order goes like this from low end to high end.

80+
80+ Bronze
80+ Silver (not relevant anymore, Gold replaced this standard. Can still get them but not recommended as price and performance are worse than any Gold you can find.)
80+ Gold
80+ Platinum
80+ Titanium

Bronze is pretty much the lowest recommended with Gold being that defacto sweet spot.

It's not well built either, and costs more than a better supply with better quality like the CXM 550.
It'a also non modular and again, for the price that is not gonna fly.

However, while I've personally never had an issue with a CXM power supply, myself and many others are aware that they aren't super great and do have a tendency to fail from time to time and if you unlucky it will fail while using it, and will take out a key component in your system with it.

So if you want something a little better and are willing to pay a few bucks more than what it would've cost for that cooler master I recommend to you the new Seasonic FOCUS series.
This is the Seasonic FOCUS Gold 550W Semi Modular PSU.
It's 80+ Gold rated, 550W, Semi-Modular and has fantastic build quality and reliability.

For the about $2 less though, you can go fully modular with a slightly older model PSU from Seasonic that is the same wattage but 80+ Bronze rated.
The key difference though is that it is fully modular instead of semi modular but still has fantastic build quality and reliability.

In the end, it's your choice.

(sorry for late reply) the retailer has only a bit of quality psu makers (atleast psu makers that i heard are good: antec, corsair, thermaltake) and all of them are like $120+. Only thing I've found that does not break my budget (and is from a known maker) is 530W Thermaltake Smart SE SPS-530M for $80, others are like 700W Raidmax Cobra RX-700AE-B, 90PLUS GOLD for $65 and 500W FSP Fortron HYPER S HP500S for $70, everything else is like lc power chieftec falcon and other garbage for like 30 bucks

Antec is only good with select models of their PSU's and thermaltake is generally bad but if going for a platinum PSU you can get a decent one.

Stick to the likes of EVGA, Corsair, and Seasonic.

Raidmax is big no no.... and that Fortron crap is well..... crap.

Don't know where you are but online retailers like Amazon, Newegg, B&H etc. are where you wanna go to get a quality PSU for a proper price.

I am assuming you live in the US, if so then refer to my recommendations in my previous post.

If in another country, tell us what that country is and your budget and we can help you find what's available for you.

(there'e really not much to choose from lol)

That's about it really. all the other options for PSU's on that site are not good and I cannot in all good conscience recommend any of them to you.

I meant that my budget for all the components is $700. But anyway, thank you :)

I guess you could get away with the 620W Seasonic. Not the best unit, by now outdated and old but won't damage anything and is solidly build.

Generally that shop has a pretty bad bunch of PSUs. As simply1337 mentioned, the Corsair HX is great but severe overkill. The Seasonic Focus is very good but overpriced. The EVGA B3 Im not a fan of but I guess given the selection it's your best bet for the budget.

I am sure going for EVGA one because it is the cheapest. But now, I need to think how am I going to squeeze it into all the other components because it actually breaks my budget for like 60 bucks, but, I mean, it is better to get a quality psu and not deal with it in the future . Thank you all again for helping!

Take this list with you to the retailer.
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

Only go for Tier 1, 2, 3, 4 if you're gaming. Tier 5 is pushing it but technically still doable as there are still a lot of bronze-certified in this tier.
