Cooler Master Quickfire TK "F" keys not working?!

So I just recently purchased the "Cooler Master SGK-4020-GKCM1-UK Quickfire TK" from amazon and let me just say, it feels amazing! The only issue is that the "F" keys aren't working apart from controlling the mode and brightness settings. It doesn't work in game which is rather annoying or if I want to record a video by pressing Alt + f10, it wont work!
Is there something that I'm doing wrong and can you guys help me with this situation?

Likely your function lock is on. Look at the bottom right of the keyboard, there should be a key with a lock and labled "FN" if it is lit hold it down till it goes off.
