Is not receiving all the parts from cooler master a common issue? is it really that hard to but everything thats suppose to be in the box, in the box?

look here at newegg at it and click on the picture and bring up the picture gallery and the last picture has/ shows the box contents

all you see here should be same as box contents [hardware]

maybe you got a open box item or a rma some one sent in missing the parts ??

the cooler should include all needed to mount the cooler to all listed on its compatibility list in the box [even a little tube of thermal paste ]

it was weird, it seemed to be a new box, nothing obvious to say otherwise. but when i opened the box and was prepping to install the cooler not all the installation pieces were there. and in the instruction paper there a boocoo of parts that are suppose to be included, only having 3 of the said boocoo to "work" with. cooler is being sent back and going with a different company

if it was a coolermaster mistake and they see that they would send you that mounting kit hardware

send them a e-mail maybe with a pic. of what you did get and where you bought it from and all that jazz and I'm sure they would work something out .

just show them your concern and be nice . bad thing is all the hassle and time on it now . even if you get another cooler try to have them replace the missing parts anyway or RMA to where you bought it from for there replacement [maybe better seeing they got your money on it first ]
