Question Cooler master V850 buzzing sound when approaching close to psu

Hi,

About 20 days ago I got a brand new PC with a cooler master PSU (850V Gold) on it.

I have been using the system for about 18 days and now I noticed this problem in the PSU that it has this buzzing sound.

You hear it better when you get really close to the back of the power supply but in the normal distance, you have to focus to hear it.

I'm sure that it's not GPU it's exactly coming from the PSU, I've been listening to it since the moment that I noticed.

And it made me really nervous about the PC and I don't know what to do.

I called my PC's Support company and the told me that it's normal in these kinds of PSUs, but they couldn't convince me about it.

That's a good power supply but the sound isn't normal. Especially if it's all the time and not just under heavy load (coil whine). I would return it, while I could, if I were you.

Yes, it's always when the PC is turned on.
I don't know what to do. The returning system here is not good enough they would just waste time.
My main concern is if it's dangerous to the PC or not?

If it's just bad coil whine then no, it isn't dangerous.
If the PSU has a defect it could possibly be dangerous to your components (and house/life). There's no easy way to know which it is.
