Cooler to replace to loud stock one????

I need a Very Quiet CPU Cooler for my i5 4460, i know its a locked CPU but i cant stand the super loud stock fan , as i changed my pc fans to really silent ones and now i can hear the CPU Cooler.
I dont want a $100 cooler , i just need something small that is silent.

Which case do you have? The Cryorig H7 is a great cooler for around $35.

So the max CPU cooler hieght is 155M. The Cryorig H7 or something similar would work fine.

If you want a REALLY quiet experience you can replace the fan that comes with the Cryorig H7 with a super-quiet Corsair high-static pressure fan:

Ok thanks also will it interfere with my ram as i bought a hyper212 evo and it would not sit becasue of my ram sticks touching it, i have a Asus H81M PLus motherboard and two G.Skill Ripjaws x 8gb (4gbx2)

You can adjust the fans on both the 212 EVO and Cryorig H7 so that they don't interfere with the RAM.

Yea the way that the Cryorig was designed was to work in itx builds so even RAM with high profiles shouldn't be in the way.
