CoolerMaster B500 Ver.2 good or not?

Hi there,
i am looking to replace my oem psu that i bought for my pc a while back for a brand one.Not that it has problems but just in case(although it has really good 12V/5V/3.3V outputs).I have found this PSU for 40euros http://www.pc1.gr/showitem.php?ID=200263627 and it has this review http://us.hardware.info/reviews/4642/2/three-500-watt-psus-tested-antec-vp550f-cooler-master-b500-and-nexus-nx-5000-v1-antec-vp550f.I dont know if they have the v1 or the v2 , i guess it's the v1 because they don't write v2 on the title(thanks captain obvious.)Also,i can buy a fSEASONIC S12II-520 or 45euros http://www.pc1.gr/showitem.php?ID=200022272

G1610(i5 2400s on the mail)
4GB Kingston HyperX 1866Mhz
MSI GTX 660 2GB
Seagate Barracuda 320Gb drive

That PSU would be okay for a basic system, but the Seasonic is a better name brand. Here is another review....

thanks for the link.I think i will go for the seasonic one since it's rated at Tier Two Class A on Tom's Power Supply Tier List.Do you know who manufactured the Cooler Master PSU?

unfortunately i can't find the appropriate UL numbers since i can't find any pictures from the v.2 version , only from the first one.

well i may be wrong.I think i have found the v2 pictures but they dont have the ul.Neither i have information about the other things that the site lists.This is the model number.RS-500-ACAB-B1 and here is a picture. http://geizhals.at/p/9231/1169231/1169231-2.jpg if it's the same manufacturer as the previous then it's AcBel.
