Coolermaster B600 ver.2 RS600-ACABB1-EU 600W or Corsair VS650, 650 W (CP-9020051-EU)?

Hello. Im buying new psu but i dobt know which one is better. Can you tell me which one is more quiet and better preformance.
My pc specs:

i5 3350P 3.1GHz
Gigabyte gtx 460 1gb OC Edition GDDR5
8gb ram
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
2tb hdd
Motherboard h61

I wouldn't recommend either of the first 2. So the VS650 (tier 3) gets my vote.

Ok thanks. Well i'm little low with budget so im looking for 60€ max for psu that's why i chose those 2 psu. And i need atleast 600w

i have 1 more question. its says there 1 x EPS 8–4 pin so what does that mean cause i need 4 pin for cpu

8 pin splits to make 2 - 4 pins.
