CoolerMaster Storm Stryker Case Fans Not Working.

My 2 exhaust fans that came with the case have stopped working.

They are connected properly to the front panel (I double and triple checked), just like the two intake fans that still work and can still be controlled with the settings on the front of the case.

Any ideas?

Tried hooking the fans up to the sysfans on the motherboard. GPU wouldn't start and other things started acting funky.

Possibly my PSU is not powerful enough?
