Hi, I just finished putting together a PC with an i7 8700K with an AIO Water cooler and the cpu temps are a constant 24-25C on almost all cores.....is that very good?

Also, can I lower the fan speed to decrease noise issue just enough so CPU is still below 35C Idle temp?

Fans are quite loud even though they operate at a normal idle usage speed and creat great temps too...

PC Case: NZXT H440
Water Cooler AIO: Corsair H115i
Fans: Case Fans (They are loud)
(AIO Fans are kind of loud too)

Solution
The H115i is an excellent AIO and good for Overclocking the i7 8700K.

Yes those temps are good at idle. Fan speed can be controlled either thru Bios Fan profile or Corsair Link 4 if fans are connected correctly. I changed all my case and radiator fans to ML and noise was reduced considerable however if set on MAX then even with ML fans it can be noisy.
