It doesn't seem wise to spend more on a cooler than you spent on the CPU.
A Corsair H60 should work, and it's petty cheap.

As high as your CPU chip and motherboard allow. A decent liquid cooler mostly stops heat from being a concern before the chip starts to become unstable.
