Question Cooling an upgraded build

I have This build

I am considering putting the radiator in the front of the case with 5 exhaust fans. 2 in front and 3 behind it. I then will have 1 fan in the back and 3 on the top for intake.

Does the 2 fans in front of the radiator help push the heated air out or will it be a waste?

If you want to have a proper setup on your radiator, you should match the number of fans on the push side as the pull side. What sort of fans are we talking about here? You're going to need high static pressure fans to help push air through the radiators fins stack.

Thank you! I posted my build via pcpartspicker in the link. I have a couple phanteks and some .Corsair. Also the cooler comes with three fans.
