This is my first PC build and im getting better recommendations every time i ask this. Is there any better parts for the same price or cheaper? Also what about cooling? Do i need it, and if I do, which one should get? If I do, I would want it to match the case with the green. I think i want a fan. Not water cooling.

Solution
I suggest paying the extra dollar and getting the full ATX version of that board, your case can support it and it will give you a lot more upgrade options in the future

Your case comes with 2 fans, one in the front and one on the back, that will be fine. If you start putting multiple GPUs and OCing the hell out of everything you can consider throwing two on the top as exhaust fans to clear heat out faster.

Sure! YES you want cooling, I'm not sure what you meant by that question, it's ok if you want air cooling! In fact, here's a popular air cooler that is great from a price-to-performance ratio!:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065

Yea sorry, I wrote that question horribly. My question is: Do I need cooling.(You already answered that...) Where do i need cooling?(cpu cooler or a fan for the MOBO or whatever) And what one(s) I should get.

Ok, I just looked it up. Do i need a case fan, a fan controller or a thermal compound? Any of those?

Your case will come with a couple of fans, those should be sufficient cooling for your needs. You won't need a fan controller unless you want manual control over the case fans. Any cooler you buy will ship with thermal paste, its usually mid tier stuff but its good enough, the difference between average thermal paste and great thermal paste is only about 3C so its not much, the difference between a stock cooler and an after market cooler is usually about 15C.

Can you post a list of the parts you are getting? It will help to confirm if the heatsink will fit in your case and if you should look into additional fans, or swapping the fans for green ones if you want to keep everything that color.

Wait a second doesn't a CPU come with a heatsync or whatever. Isnt that a CPU fan? Or are you saying to replace it?
