Question cooling config

so im waiting for my 5950x to ship in december so i picked up a 2600x for next to nothing.
my idle is currently 46.13c and my ambient is about 74f in the house but my room is a bit warmer
im using a h150i in my phenteks 400 the rad in the front as and intake with two fans on the top of the case and a fan in the back as an exhausts.
on cinebench i hit 63c but averaged 59.
to me it feels a little high, its my first ryzen build so idrk if this is reasonable or not.

should i have my fans oriented differently?

i am able to get it to about 37c if i set my voltage to 1.16
