Question Cooling fan rattle, not sure how normal this is?

Link to sound, new computer and the cooler seems a little loud, or is this normal?

What model AIO cooler?
How is radiator mounted?

Pump can not be in highest point of the loop or you'll have air bubble accumulation in the pump.
This reduces liquid flow and can eventually kill the pump.

Its the iBUYPOWER 360mm Addressable RGB Liquid Cooling System that comes with their prebuilts, and it looks like the radiator is mountend up near the top three fans
