Cooling method for cpu

hi guys
i have
gigabyte B85M D3H
intel i3 4130
8 gb ddr3 ram
sapphire r9 270x toxic
cooler master 650W PSU
I have local company cabinet Circle Desire D2
one stock fan back side of cabinet
one cooler master 120 mm fan sideways

Still I have temperature problem
my cpu tem. goes to 65-70 degree c. when i play games
is it average OR Bad??

or I am planing to install to Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Cooler on cpu
is it possible ? or if yes then is it good or not??

60-70C is not bad depending on the intensity of the games. but if you have the cash then cooler is always better. Just remember you need to replace the thermal paste (a mistake a lot of people make). as for the cooler, looks good but you need to make sure you have enough space both inside you case and on your RAM. A lot of aftermarket coolers overlap the RAM ports and do not leave enough room for high profile RAM sticks.

i already have spots of thermal pest on processor when i remove stock fan.

you need new thermal paste. Never reuse thermal paste. also get the alcohol cleaning solutions as well to get rid of the old paste.
