-My Specifications :
cpu : i7 3770 (air cooler but not stock cooler, but it is enough big with side fan model)
gpu : GTX 1050 ti 4GB
ram : 12GB
hdd : 4 HDDs
pc case : nanotron t1x (small case, i have trouble with cable management)
psu : 550w 80+ bronze

-The Situation :
i dont have window in my bedroom but i have air conditioner near my bed, but it is far from my pc
i have nanotron t1x (pc case)
3 fans at front (one dust filter)
1 fan as exhaust at back
1 fan at top (im not sure it is as exhaust or not, but it has dust filter)

-Temperature:
idle temp :
gpu : 36 celcius
cpu : 40 celcius

-when i play PUBG and games similiar like this one :
gpu : 60 to 70 celcius
cpu : 66 to 71 celcius

-but when i play games without pc case
gpu : around 60 celcius, never reach 69 celcius
cpu : 55 to 66 celcius, reaches 70 celcius if i play games too long

- The Questions :
what should i do?
do i need water cooler for my cpu? is one fan water cooler is okay?
do i need change my pc case ?
are my cpu and gpu lifespan safe?

Don't need water cooler. Any decent aircooler will work the same, if not better than a 120mm AIO.

Top fan should be exhaust. If it not, turn it around.

That case gets mediocre airflow, most of the intake is pretty blocked off by that cover (pretty stupid idea) so looking into modifying fan curves by motherboard software or SpeedFan might be advisable

Your temps gaming aren't that bad, you shouldn't run cpu/gpu consistently over @ 70/80°C. So lifespan isn't affected much. You can tell your airflow is bad by the temp differences with the side panel off. Check on that top fan. The reason it has a dust cover is to stop dust from entering the top when the pc is off, not when it's running.
