I am going to be getting into streaming soon and wanted to know if a Kraken Z63 would be enough to keep it cool while streaming games on Twitch or Youtube.

Solution
I have no idea about how good your bundle deal is.
But, as a general rule, when buying new, I would look at 13th gen.
For example the I5-13500 performance is similar to the 12700K and should be cheaper.
Nothing wrong with a Z690 motherboard.
It does permit overclocking of a K processor.
But, overclocking these days is not what it used to be, namely free performance.
Parts are binned so there is little headroom.
Today, the stock turbo mechanism works out better.
And, If budget is a concern, look a B660/B760 MATX sized motherboards.

Fwiw, your case is a good one for air cooling; a Noctua NH-D15s would cool about as well
as the Z63. But looks do count so it may be worth it to you.

Can you list the make/model of the rest of your parts.
For cooling, the case airflow is important.

FWIW The cooling capability of the Z63 is similar to the Noctua NH-D15 air cooler which is half the price.

I'd look into a 360mm radiator'd AIO cooler. What sort of a case are you looking to build the system in? Apart from the NZXT Kraken, what other brands and coolers do you have access to? A location would help us two fold.

and im in the US and was mainly looking at Kraken series coolers becuase i like the Screen

Your plans are ok.
Do you own these parts, or is this a prospective build?
The case is an interesting one.
It would be suitable for a Z63 radiator mounted on top.
i do not have the CPU and motherboard yet im purchasing them because they were a REALLY good bundle deal but all the other parts i own
