[SOLVED] Cooling Raspberry pi 4 just using fan.

I want to cool CPU of Raspberry pi 4. I don't want to use heat sink. I just want to use only cpu, my main question is should I blow air towards CPU or away from cpu.
I think if I blow away air from cpu without heat sink it will not cool the cpu efficiently. So suggest me what should I do? I watched a youtube video-:

where he used just a fan at some point but he didn't tell the direction of fan.

Normally you have the fan blowing at the thing you want to cool.

Applies to downdraft CPU coolers, Axial GPU coolers, preferred water cooling radiator layout.

Indeed, just be sure the hot air has an outlet that is opposite from the fan.
