I see a number of people who speaks highly of the stock Phanteks fans & now I'm wondering what kind of RED LED fans should I compliment my rig on my Phanteks P400 Tempered Glass?

Fans installed:

Front:
1x CoolerMaster Nepton 140XL (2x Push Pull fans - CPU radiator)
1x stock Phanteks fan (120mm)

Back:
1x stock Phanteks fan (120mm)

Exhaust (top):
***Empty for now***

I would like to add 2x 120mm RED LED fans for top exhaust, any recommendations?

I'd advise against 2 top exhaust fans.
Also not such a fan of a front rad as you push hot air into the case.
I'd mount the rad top and add 1 fan for front intake.
You could take the stock fan to the covered front and put a LED fan as exhaust at the back.

I suggest generally Phanteks or Cougar for LED fans, if you want RGB maybe the Riing.
Best looks can probably achieved by a Corsair fan, where I'd suggest the ML (but I'm soehat biased against the AF/SP fans as I find they offer too little for their price tag)

I kind of forgot to mention I might add another Zotac GTX0170 AMP! Edition card to the arsenal (SLi), so maybe two exhaust fans on the top would help?

I cannot shift my push pull Nepton 140XL to the top because of the thickness of the radiator and the double fans combined.

The top exhaust fans can only allow single fans to be mounted, either 120mm or 140mm (2 fans, longitudinally)

I too have the exact same problem. Instead I have a corsair h100i v2 replaced with corsair ml120 fans for the 240 rad as intakes from the front. I have 2x Corsair ml140 as exhaust from the top which I can reduce their speed to get less negative pressure, and 1 of the stock fans that came with the case at the rear for exhaust as well.

Running an i7 7700k
Zotac Gtx 970 which gets to about 68-71 degrees while gaming

Negative pressure is not really a huge problem since the case has several dust filters, I did a smoke test and the only place air could enter due to the negative pressure is from the GPU/PCIe slots.

I was thinking of removing the hard drive bay at the bottom front of the case and adding a third static pressure fan that is unobstructed by a rad for more intake, and lowering the speed of the exhaust fans if I can keep the temps within the same range.

The problem with this case is that as soon as you have a Rad that is larger than 140mm there are not many options left for intake unless you revers the airflow of the case. Reversing the airflow is only beneficial if you decide to liquid cool your GPU and exhaust it out the back, then you can have the top fans as intakes and the rads as exhaust through front and back, this however would require you to spend a bit more money.

Keep in mind also that airflow pressure has nothing to do with the number of fans or size, but rather their CFM rating and rotational speed they operate at during your usage.
