for overclocking amd r9 series graphics card which one is good EKWB cooing water block or 3 fan loaded card i'm new need to more about it

As a novice I would not recommend you to head into water cooling, get a custom cooled R9 like the DC II from ASUS or Windforce 3x from Gigabyte, they will not dissapoint you, I promise.

Hey, I'm no cooling expert but i have two R9 290 in crossfire water cooled. Today I overclocked them both to 1100MHz core clock and 1350MHz memory. I didn't see my temps to over 57 degrees and I think I still have room to push. So that's just an idea for you.

i just want rough idea about it. let assume both custom cooled or water cooled of same price category.on the aspect of overclocking which will be good performer.
