Im running my windows 10 on my ssd and im running through issues with it. So i was planning to freshly install windows again onto the ssd (after i format it), but the windows im about to format is very well customized to the way i like it. (You get what i mean, drive names, navigations between them, layout, and so on... the small things that makes it special to you)

So i dont know what to do (i know, im too complicated) So im just wanting to do a copy of that windows onto a drive i have laying around in my case. Then this allows me to format the ssd to freshly install a new windows, and use the copy on the other drive to guide me on how to bring it (the new windows) back to what it was before.

Any help? Please? Im not familiar with this portion of windows. thanks

Some are free, some are purchased. Membership models... I believe you the evil nasty thing that is typically referred to as SaaS (Software as a Service), or software rental like Office 365 or Adobe Photoshop CC? SaaS models are thankfully rare in imaging programs. at least for...
Get yourself a good disk utility. There are lots of free utilities available on the net. MacriumReflect is a good one. If the drive is still good, you'll be able to clone it and boot off the new drive.

What you need is an imaging program. The one Joecap mentioned is one of several that can do the job. Just keep in mind that imaging erases the target drive. So "copy" windows from your C to your D means all the data on D will be erased.

What issues are you having with the SSD that you expect a format to fix? Or is it just that you need a fresh install of Windows (because of too much customizing, perhaps)? Just curious.

With Windows 10 I gave up changing things too much and living with it about the way it is- so I can "get it back" to normal after about 10 minutes of re-downloading steam and MS365 and dropbox.

Issues as in, registry problems, after those viruses you get when your careless, you know, when downloading torrents and what not, being bored, my microsoft edge that is not working (i tried but cant seem to get it to work, google is shit cuz something from the viruses is causing me from running adobe flash, captchas arent even working. I have no time so this is the resource im going to.

Haha thats not the point. im trying to use it (the clone) as reference to re customize the new windows. Thats why im copying it to a new drive, installing fresh in old drive, and using copy as reference to re custom the fresh windows

Alright, but use caution. viruses can move from disk to disk.

Btw are these utilities free? or are they membership types?

One of the free to use ones:
https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree
It is a full-featured disk imager. Very powerful.

Another option is Paragon.
https://www.paragon-software.com/home/br-free/
It is more feature rich. I know several IT guys who swear by it.

You can also google free imaging programs to see other options.
