Question Copying external hard drive to new external hard drive

I have Seagate Central 3TB external hard drive on Network. This is old , which I am planning to replace with Zyxel NAS 326 with a drive.
How can I copy data on Seagate to drive in Zyxel?

Select the files, do a Copy command, open the new disk, Paste. Do not do a Move, only a Copy.
