I just upgraded my PC with a core 2 Quad Q8400 (not a Skylake) and so with it I fitted a 600 W PSU .
It worked perfectly but when I changed the PC cabinet which had two cooling fans , the PC started giving me problems. The PSU cooler stopped working and the now I understood that it was power hungry .

Currently I have GeForce 210 ddr3 I my rig. I'm thinking of upgrading to 750 ti , Rx 460 or a GTX 1050 ti.
So of what Watt PSU should I fit .
750 or ..1000

I'm just 14 now and strictly dealing with my budget. But still I dream to play every game with 30+ fps. My father may throw me out of my house but I want make PC run.

The PC specs -
-Seagate barracuda 500gb
-Gigabyte G31M ES2L
-Core 2 Quad Q8400
- GeForce 210 DDR3 1GB overclocked to the peak
-2 x 2GB ddr2 ram sticks
- 3 x 120mm Circle Gaming fans
-Frontech 600W PSU (maybe it'll burst in future due heating )

Please help me out before my father does.

If you OC GPU then it draws more power but not the double of it's stock TDP. GeForce 210 has TDP of 31W, if you OC it, max it can draw is about 40W.
GTX 1050 Ti is 75W GPU. If you OC it, max it could draw is about 90W.

Since PSU is the most important component inside the PC, you do not want to cheap out on a PSU if you care about your system. Here's a good video about "budget" PSUs,
youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ezk9OA7aKOE

To know which PSUs are good, here's PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
For mediocre quality PSU, look for any Tier three PSU.
E.g EVGA 500B, amazon: http://www.amazon.in/EVGA-BRONZE-Continuous-Warranty-100-B1-0500-KR/dp/B00DZ6R9GE
or Corsair CS550M, amazon...
Your listed 3 GPUs are all 75W GPUs and if you'd add the rest of the system to it at about 200W (usually less), then the combined power draw of your PC would be about 275W. 750W and 1kW PSU is way overkill for your build, not to mention to your budget.

For your build, i suggest a good quality Seasonic S12II-520 PSU which has output of 520W, 80+ Bronze efficiency and 5 years of OEM warranty.
I take that you live in India due to few clues in your text, so, here's S12II-520 at Amazon India,
link: http://www.amazon.in/Seasonic-S12II-520-Watt-Power-Supply/dp/B005O8PNSM

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic, full specs in my sig. Got the S12II-520 PSU in my AMD build as well and after 3 years of usage, PSU is still going strong.

Oh, go for GTX 1050 Ti if you can afford it since it's the best out of three. With GTX 1050 Ti, you're looking high/ultra settings @ 720p with solid 60+ FPS; or medium settings @ 1080p with 40-50 FPS, provided you don't bottleneck your CPU first.

But I have already tried both 500 W and 600W PSUs . 500 W will of course will lose but now 600W PSU too has failed . It runs ones in a blue moon but giving lag in performance , and then suddenly goes off . I think I should go for 750 W , because till now I haven't taken an advice from a technician yet .
Till now I just have trusted the power supply calculators on Google.

Tell me if the overclocked graphic card is making the pc power hungry.

I think this one would be better .

I actually hate Corsair brand .

Sorry for my crappy text.

It sounds like you bought poor quality PSUs more than you bought PSU with not enough power.

Higher power PSUs =/= PSU quality. It's very easy to get a high quality 400W PSU to run your system better than a bad quality 750W PSU.

PSU is something you should NEVER buy the cheapest for. To save headache in the future, get a well known brand.

Corsair's PSU is very bipolar, some are very good, others are quite mediocre.

But will it handle both Core 2 quad and 1050ti ?? Cause I dont want to be fooled again and make myself fall in a problem .

The power supply calculator too recommends me a 600 W PSU

http://powersupplycalculator.net

Someone please if you have a power supply of 650W and not-in-use , please give it to me to check whether i should buy the 1050 ti and the power supply

How did you manage a 600W PSU?

I input your computer specs into the calculator, using a 970 (they didn't have 1050ti, and 970 uses more power than an 1050ti), and it recommended a 428W PSU, far less than 600W.

I put in

Standard Motherboard
1x Q8400
2x DDR2
1 Seagate 7200.10 500GB
3 120mm fans
1 GTX 970 (again, GTX 1050ti uses less power, but they don't have it, so I use 970 as a benchmark)
1 Keyboard
1 Mouse

Everything else at standard.

came back 418W PSU recommended.

Did you put in 4x Q8400 by any chance?

Do note that Seasonic S12II-520 that i suggested above is good quality (Tier two) PSU while being affordable as well.

In Tier one (Great quality), you can find Seasonic PRIME 80+ Titanium series PSUs which are one of the best, if no the best PSUs in the world. I have PRIME 650 80+ Titanium powering my Skylake build and i'm very pleased with my PSU. Note: Seasonic PRIME series PSUs are the only PSUs in the world that come with 12 years! of warranty.
Here's what you're looking to pay for a PRIME 80+ Titanium unit,

Your Frontech and Artis PSUs are terrible quality (Tier five) PSUs and shouldn't be used at all. Though, if you go with the Artis PSU, please, do record a video when your PSU blows up and probably fries your entire PC as well. I love to see some good fireworks, just like seen on the video i linked.

To calculate PC's power draw, the best calculator is Outervision's. Though, keep in mind that it isn't 100% accurate,
