core clocks going up and down every second

Hello, my cpu core clocks are going from 800 to 2400 like every second, non stop. My whole laptop is running very slow for a few days now. Even if I do nothing, I turn it on and it starts to do it that on all 4 cores.
Dont knot what to do. One second it is 800 and my laptop bugs and runs slow, next second its 2300 and then its ok..

Core clocks move up and down depending on load, that's normal behavior. Have you looked in task manager to see what's loading your CPU?

I have, but I dont really know if there is something unusual there..
For ex. when I open it, task menager goes from 0.2% usage of cpu to even 20% sometimes. Every program does that, every second it changes. Its only getting worse I would say

If your CPU is clocking up to what it should be, and there's nothing unusual in task manager, that inclines me to believe that whatever slowdowns you're experiencing are not CPU-related. It's possible that you have some kind of I/O bottleneck - the hard drive could be failing, for instance, or something could be moving a lot of data around on it in the background.

I'm just speculating on what it is. You should be able to use task manager / resource monitor to find whatever is causing your bottleneck, but until you find out what it is, there's no way to know what to do to fix it.
