You need to explain exactly what the problem is here, You lost the pass word to what exactly, a password to log in to some program, or a password lock you put on a hard drive or its extended partition of a hard drive.
The thing elements relates to for me is a WD elements external hard disk drive plugged into a system tower via a usb cable. Is it what you are asking ? try to be a bit more forth coming with information as you will have a greater success of getting a right answer to the problem.
