Question Core i5 3470s or the regular i5 3470?

Hello everyone, I have a Dell Optiplex 390 with an core i5 2400, rx 580 4gb, 8gb of ddr3 ram 1333mhz, a 30gb SSD with a HDD for storage, and a PSU 450 watt EVGA BT 80plus bronze. Games I mostly play is old nfs games, but in 4K. But on PUBG, and gta 5 I play them on 1080p. Now I do have slight bottneck on some games I play, with the 2400, so I’m planning to upgrade. I would love to get the i7 2600, but it’s TPD is 95, same as the i5 2400. I don’t have enough money for a better psu, so if I get the i5 3470s which has a TPD of 65 watts, maybe my psu will run a bit cooler, but is it still better than the i5 2400, and the regular i5 3470?

What about an i7-2600S or 3770S? Both are 65W. I'd say the 3470S isn't much of an upgrade over your i5-2400.
