Core i5-4200H only shows & uses a single core, HELP!

Got a Lenovo Y50 laptop with Core i5-4200H, which should be a dual core processor. Task Manager showed that I have only 1 core with 2 logical processors, so I dug deeper. I grabbed CPU-Z and T-Monitor. CPU-Z also said I'm running 1 Core, 2 Threads.

Did a core somehow get shut down? I've set my laptop to High Performance as far as I can tell. I'm still not getting nearly the performance I'm expecting. I looked at my Surface Pro 2 with 4200U on it, and the Task Manager actually shows that I'm running 2 cores.

Could someone please help me with this?

Check your BIOS settings to make sure a core is not turned off.
